Where we come in
Practical help, from deciding whether to adopt at all through to answering for it:
- Work out where AI actually pays. We look at the work your people genuinely do and tell you where it earns its cost and where it is theater.
- Find out what is already happening — which tools are in use, by whom, and what has been going into them.
- Review permissions and data exposure before switching on any assistant built into your existing systems, so it surfaces what it should and nothing more.
- Guidance across the major assistants and chat tools, including which of them should never see client material.
- Technical input to your AI policy, so whoever writes it is working from what is actually enforceable in your environment.
- An answer ready for the moment a client, insurer or regulator asks how your firm governs AI use.
Most firms find they already have an AI footprint before they have a plan. That is a normal place to start, and a better one than it sounds.
